You should receive a confirmation letter by mail that includes your first ACH date and the amount of the payments within about 3 weeks. Please continue to make payments as scheduled until you receive your confirmation letter. If you have not received your ACH confirmation within 30 days, contact your branch location.

An ACH payment will never be withdrawn before the ACH date. If the ACH date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment will be withdrawn on the following business day. Bank holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

To deduct the payment from your checking account, mark the box for checking and attach a voided check. To use your savings account, mark the box for savings and attach a voided withdrawal slip.
